iwpet Terms and Conditions and Terms of Service

iwpet is only available to adults aged 21+. No one under 21 is permitted to access or use the service in any way. If anyone attempts to circumvent the age requirement through false information, iwpet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close that account and refuse any remaining balance.

Each player may register only one account under their own name on iwpet. If duplicate accounts are found sharing the same personal details (name, phone number, or payment method), all associated accounts may be closed and any remaining balances withheld.

Your name and payment details must be accurate at the time of registration and when requesting a withdrawal. iwpet reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests from accounts that were opened with incorrect information.

On your first deposit at iwpet, you can receive a bonus of up to 150%, up to 500,000 Ks. To withdraw winnings from the bonus, you must complete wagering of 25x the bonus amount.

• For example — if you receive a bonus of 20,000 Ks, you must complete 20,000 × 25 = 750,000 Ks in wagering before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.
• For example — if you receive a bonus of 500,000 Ks, you must complete 500,000 × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks in wagering.
• The bonus can be used on slots, live casino, and football bets, though the wagering contribution rate may differ by game.
• The bonus cannot be withdrawn as cash — it only becomes withdrawable once the wagering requirement is met.

iwpet reserves the right to change or cancel the availability, amounts, and wagering requirements of any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. If such changes occur, the updated terms will apply to bonuses received after the change.

If iwpet finds that accounts have been created solely to claim bonuses without any genuine play, those bonuses may be voided.

The iwpet VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

• Bronze — up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 1.0% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 1.5% cashback per week

Tier progression is based on a player's betting history and activity, and is determined at iwpet's discretion. Being in a VIP tier does not guarantee cashback — it will be issued after review by iwpet.

Players must keep their iwpet login password private and must not share it with anyone. If you suspect your password has been compromised, change it immediately and notify the iwpet support team. iwpet is not responsible for any losses resulting from a third party accessing your account.

Situations in which iwpet may suspend or close an account—

• While investigating a possible breach of these terms
• Failure to provide sufficient documentation for financial verification (KYC verification)
• While investigating a possible breach of responsible gambling provisions
• Based on the player's own responsible gaming limit request

Once the review is complete, if no violation is found, the account will be reopened and any funds that were wrongfully blocked will be returned.

A player can contact the iwpet support team directly to close their account voluntarily. Any remaining balance with completed wagering requirements at the time of the closure request will be paid out as normal. After closure, iwpet reserves the right to verify any new account opened using the same personal details.

iwpet strives to provide the best possible service, but cannot be held responsible for the following—

• Player losses (losses arising from gameplay)
• Technical faults, server failures, or inability to play during a disruption
• Losses caused by the player's own internet connection delay or disconnection
• Third-party access and play due to the player's own password being compromised

iwpet reserves the right to change services, game types, payment methods or promotions at any time. For significant changes, we will make an effort to give advance notice on the platform.
